I have 2 co-workers leaving 20-30 mins. early every day. How to address this?

I don't want to rat them out to the boss, for sure. But it's quite unfair to the rest of us putting in our 8(+) hours each day. Was thinking of a polite, discreet email. What's the best tactic here? Or do I just ignore it?
