How do I find missing channels on my freeview box?

Hi, I am missing a few channels on my freeview box since the digital switchover. They are channels such as ITV, 4 and e4. I have tried searching through the channels as if I had only just got the box a few times but it hasn't worked. How can I retrieve the missing channels? Thanks.

WHat is the best way to run for school board while 8 people are fighting for 2 seats?

My brother is running for school board is going up against 8 people, 2 inents, he is one of 6 challengers. Would this cause the inents to lose votes if more people are running for office? Whom ever finds a website or provides me the best information on how to run this campagin you get 10 pts. Also, he has raised money for his campaign, he has been going door to door, shows up to all board meetings, is going to place ads in local newspapers, has his own lit about him which he is ping to everyone he sees door to door and he has his own website.

When do you start to give the baby food? such as brands: gerber,beech nut as in 1st stage?

I started my babies about 3 or 4 mos on rice cerial mixed with formula. Dont make it too thick.They all liked it a lot and a little later I started adding pureed peas, apple, potatoes etc to it. Only add one new thing at a time and wait a couple of days between giving the baby new food to make sure he is ok with it ( no rash or diarreah). Wait until about 7 mos to give meat and dont give him any eggs, or peanuts before he is one.

Depo and chances of being pregnant...or something else?

Ok so I've been on and off depo since I was 15 (23 now) and this is the worst episode I've ever had. So in Sept. I was bleeding from the 3rd until the beginning of Oct. So I'm back to having again and since the bleeding has stopped every time me and my bf have , I cramp, and the cramps r bad... like contractions almost. Sometimes its focused on my left side, sometimes its dead center. So we did it last night and during it seemed like stuff was movin around. And now today, im cramping like crazy back pains and I its down into my legs....what the heck is goin on??
