Mitch is an immigrant who comes to this country to go to school. After school Mitch runs into his old professor on the meat processing line at the only job he can find in todays economy. His professor isn't working he's actually on the line because the factory owners have found that old people are cheaper than cattle. As Mitch begins to cut his former professor into the various pieces for processing Morrie tries to p on as many life lessons as possible before he dies from blood loss. It really is a good read.
