I think he might be talking about your future, like you guys having kids and I think when he told you not to remove that belly chain, may be he was trying to say that you belong to him from now onwards and he always wants to see that token on love on you. With the crying part, may be he is deeply in love with you and may be he had a rough past and thought he would never find a true and then he meets you and found a true soul mate. I know some people has given very mean comments...ignore them you can definitely get pregnant at this age too. So good luck......
