02 Pontiac firebird violently jumps while accelerating ?

I have no idea what it could be I cleaned the injectors put a new file pump and filter on it but it jumps hard while accelerating slow and fast it's a 02 Pontiac firebird v6 5 speed manual plz help I need to know what's wrong with it before it gets worse thanx
