Why are atheists so full of anger and bitterness?

You are the one starting the argument. Maybe you should ask yourself why you did that. I am not atheist really. I am not sure what I believe, but I do not like the fact that you say they are all bitter. I have met many Christian people who are just as bitter and much more judge mental of others. Maybe you should look at yourself more instead of everyone else.
