What is your oops of the day?

Mine is getting the tip of my umbrella against my front tooth and chipping a piece off. Then going to the dentist for emergency repair and zigging when I should have zagged whereby the needle with numb stuffs went into my lower lip...Just reading this is making me giggle again! LOL
