Is it unnatractive to like shows such as full house and music such as debbie gibson and bobby brown?

If your a student and you live in L.A. And or Hollywood, and this happens to be your preffered form of music and t.v. entertainment should one be concerened in any way? Is this a form of social retardation in any way?
