1992 Cutl Supreme rear brakes?

I recently replaced the rear disc brakes on my '92 Cutl Supreme. I did the whole works-new rotors, calipers, and pads. After bleeding all 4 calipers, I have a lot more travel in the pedal than I used to have. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
