How can I get help in reading & sending e-mails--page wont maximize?

I can't get e-mail page to maxamize in size, can't read e-mail or send, What do I need to do ? I,m fairly new to yahoo, & just can't get into it like I do my other . I need help desperately. How do I get it, where do I go, and can I talk to someone or e-mail them. Do I need to post other e-mail addy some place so some one can help me. Please help
