I feel bad about being jealous of my friend...help?

me and my friend started figure skating together. it has only been less than an year and we were learning waltz jump. then i needed to stop figure skating for a month because of my final exam. (i live in korea where final exam is like REALLY important) when i came back. she already learned her salchow, scratch spin, back spin, and toe loop. she also had extra lessons because her break started. so i got mad, not at her, and nothing in particular. i am so jealous of her and i sort of feel bad about it. because she is my friend. i'm feeling bad all day because i don't want my friend to p the level test and me not being able to do even the scratch spin, what do i do......?
