I need help with this girl?

so ok i just moved to cali from chicago and i was at tha gym and this girl kept starin at me and then when i was leavin she offered me a ride and we kinda talked and laughed u know. but at the end she gave a paper that says her name, her number, and call me at the bottom.. thats kinda akward to me thats not how we do things in chicago, im confused. idk when to call?? ask her to hang out? im new in this datin style plz help
