In a society, what does "the good of the many outweighs the good of the one" mean or yield?

It means that YOU have to sacrifice your individuality in favour of the tyrannically established order called Society. What Society says it is better for you is not necessarily true. The Good of the One should always come first. Then, if the Good of the Many is not tresping on your individuality, the Good of the Many is really good.
