What you think pastors be doing when they arent in the sanctuary for praise and worship?

I mean I know at my church my pastor usually comes out after offering. Which usually takes place an hour after service starts. My church has an 8 and 11 am service. I mostly go to the 11 am but i've been to the 8 am a few times. I've asked some people in my church what they think and one of my friends told me that usually my pastor has his own praise and worship in the back somewhere. Probably his office. But other than that he's washing up puttin on makeup for the camera and video recorder for the broadcast and he's resting. But I dont understand why he would need to rest before the 8 am service because its the first service. LOL!!!! Its just sumthin thats on my mind.
