How to stop my obsession with someone?

you know, he's my good friend. he didn't know that i like him and i want him. but i dont want our friendship breaks. Im checkin' his facebook, friendster, myspace, YM and anything for me to know if he's online or not. I keep thinking where he is. I can't text him like WHERE ARE YOU NOW? acting like a gf(but im discreet and he doesnt know that im a WoNDERWOMAN!) how to stop this...
